How do we quote and work?
When you call, we ask about the symptoms and decide on the right first step. Often that is an inspection, a pressure test or a drain camera. We then explain what we found and put the repair in a written quote before work starts.
If something changes while we are working, we stop and tell you before going on. You decide each time. We protect floors and furniture, clean up when we finish, and walk you through what was done and what to watch for.
We also encourage you to check any contractor you hire. Ask for proof of a Texas plumbing license and of insurance, and look the license up with the state board.
